Reservations & Payment

Making a Reservation
Contact us directly to reserve your spot! Your phone call, email, or fax will temporarily reserve you a spot on the trip of your choice if space is still available. You can reserve a trip at any time up until the week before the trip start.

All trips are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Thus, if you want to make sure your spot is finalized, please send in your deposit as soon as you know you are going.

Pricing
All trip prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change due to fluctuations in foreign currency.

Deposit and Payment
A deposit of $500 per person is required to reserve a trip. Please note that your reservation is not complete until your deposit has been paid and you have received a confirmation letter from Destination Cycling. The remainder must be paid at least 90 days prior to the trip start. For payment, Destination Cycling accepts major credit cards, personal checks, and money orders. With authorization, we can automatically bill your credit card the balance due.
